The girls got some adorable jackets made by Nanna. A huge blizzard prevented Grandma Nan and Papa from coming to Michigan for Christmas but a box of homemade and hand crafted goodies arrived soon after.

Blizzard 08

Snow can be fun, in limited amounts. Mom and Dad couldn't go to work because of the snow. After Daddy used the snow blower we tried to have a little snow fun. We lasted about 5 minutes and then back inside for hot chocolate. Amelia's mom wants all viewers to know that Amelia's outfit was pieced together for warmth purposes not fashion ones.

Pre dinner announcements

This year's Thanksgiving was hosted by Pat and Marie. They came up with an amazing spread. I think we counted 37 guests. Sabrina enjoyed her first thanksgiving. Next year she'll get turkey (and pumpkin pie). Amelia was offered turkey but chose to run around like a turkey with her cousins instead.
